Britany Baker to Exhibit New Works at Broadstone Art Gallery at Expree Credit Union

Frankfort, Kentucky — June 2026

Broadstone Art Gallery at Expree Credit Union is proud to announce a summer exhibition of new and recent works by Louisville‑based artist Britnay Baker, on view June 18 through August 8, 2026. A public reception will be held on July 24, 2026, from 5:00–7:00 PM.

Baker, known for her vibrant visual language and contemporary interpretations of Kentucky culture, brings a dynamic collection of paintings that highlight her bold sense of color, movement, and narrative. Her work often explores the intersection of regional identity and modern design, making her one of the most compelling emerging artists in the Commonwealth.

A special highlight of the exhibition is the inclusion of Baker’s Pop Art–style mint julep cup, on loan from Visit Frankfort, which owns the oversized sculpture. The piece, celebrated for its rhythmic patterning and playful distortion of a classic Kentucky icon, will be displayed exclusively for the duration of the show.

The exhibition is free and open to the public during regular gallery hours at Expree Credit Union.
